Quiet Body Mentorship
My name is Alexa Young
An ongoing apprenticeship for yoga practitioners and teachers seeking personal guidance in the Quiet Body Method and Śānta Yoga System; while receiving support alongside existing teacher training studies.
This is long-term development rather than quick certification: steady practice, thoughtful mentoring, and progressive refinement over time.

What does it entail?
This is an ongoing apprenticeship for yoga practitioners and teachers who want personal guidance in Andy Jarvis' Quiet Body Method and Śānta Yoga System, while also receiving support with existing yoga teacher training studies.
The programme includes one weekly 60 to 75 minute one-to-one practice, one weekly 45 to 60 minute mentoring session covering various aspects of yogic philosophy, anatomy (where applicable and required), sequencing, meditation, teaching methodology and assignment support, personalised practice plans, downloadable resources, recorded meditations, ongoing WhatsApp support, voice note feedback and progress reviews.
